What to expect on the day
As with any visit, most homeowners are home when we arrive, or leave us a smart lock code so we can let ourselves in. Access is always confirmed ahead of time, so it is rare, but if we cannot reach you and cannot get in, we will try to contact you and may need to cancel that day's visit.
If we come across something like mold outside the area we were originally scoped to clean, we point it out to you rather than treat it ourselves. We are not licensed for remediation work, so from there it is on you, or your remediation contractor, to come back and reassess and address it.
A quick, on-the-spot ask, like reaching under a bed, is handled at no extra charge while we are already there. A priced add-on such as inside the oven or inside the refrigerator is quoted on the spot and added to your final bill. Something bigger, like a garage, works more like its own deep clean: we agree on a price before starting, or schedule it for another visit.
