What to expect on the day
Most homeowners are home when we arrive, or leave us a smart lock code so we can let ourselves in. Access details are always confirmed ahead of time, so it is rare, but if we cannot reach you and cannot get in, we will try to contact you and may need to cancel that day's visit.
First cleanings default to a deep clean rather than a standard one, so we start from an accurate picture of the home rather than guessing. If you would rather begin with a standard clean and the home turns out to need more than that covers, we will talk it through and agree on a fair price before doing any work.
A quick, on-the-spot ask, like reaching under a bed, is handled at no extra charge while we are already there. A priced add-on such as inside the oven or inside the refrigerator is quoted on the spot and added to your final bill. Something bigger, like a garage, works more like its own deep clean: we agree on a price before starting, or schedule it for another visit.
