Nest Cleaning Co. is owner-operated by Juan Chavez with a small, trusted team, serving homeowners across Colorado. The name is the whole philosophy: a nest is where you feel safe and settled, and that is what a home should feel like once the work is finished.
Most of our work begins where other projects end: after remediation, after construction, before a move. Those are the moments when a house is technically finished but does not feel livable yet, and they are the moments we built this company to handle.
- Detail is the whole job. Sills, vents, tracks, trim, the tops of doors. The places a rushed clean skips are the places we start.
- Honest about our lane. We are a cleaning company. Remediation belongs to licensed specialists, and we clean up after them.

Supplies, scheduling, pricing, insurance, and what makes post-project cleaning different from a regular clean.
Do you bring your own supplies and equipment?
Yes. We arrive with everything needed for the job: cleaning products, cloths, vacuums, and the equipment a particular project calls for. You do not need to supply or store anything. If you would rather we use a specific product in your home, tell us when you book and we will work with it.
What is the difference between a standard cleaning and a deep cleaning?
A standard cleaning is the regular upkeep pass: dusting, floors, kitchen wipe-down, bathrooms sanitized, trash out, rooms tidied. A deep cleaning goes after what a routine pass never reaches: baseboards, door frames, behind and beneath furniture, fixtures, buildup in corners. It takes longer and costs more, and it is the right choice for a first visit, a seasonal reset, or a home that has not had a thorough clean in a while.
How do you price a cleaning?
By the project and the scope of work, not by a room count or an hourly guess. You tell us the space and what happened in it, and we come back with a clear quote for that specific job before anyone starts.
Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
That is entirely your call. Plenty of customers are home, and plenty give us access and go about their day. Either works.
Are you insured?
Yes. Nest Cleaning Co. carries insurance on every job, so letting us into your home does not put you at risk.
What if I am not satisfied with the cleaning?
If something in the agreed scope was not done to standard, tell us within 24 hours of the clean and we come back to re-clean it at no charge, whether it is the whole job or a single corner you noticed after we left. The guarantee is a re-clean of the areas in question, not a refund.
What is your cancellation policy?
We ask for 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. A cancellation or reschedule inside that window carries a fee of 50% of the booking price. There is a short grace period right after booking: cancel or reschedule within 2 hours of making the booking and there is no fee. Ongoing clients get a one-time waiver before the fee applies.
Do you use HEPA equipment?
Yes. We use HEPA-filtered vacuums for post-construction and post-remediation work, because a standard vacuum recirculates the finest particles back into the room rather than capturing them. We also work top to bottom and save floors for last.
