So every Nest clean starts with a written scope for your home: which rooms, which surfaces, what happens every visit and what happens less often. You agree to it before the first clean.
No surprises on price. This is a quote based on what you tell us. If the job will run longer we'll tell you before starting and adjust then; otherwise the quoted price stands.

Baseboards, switch plates, the tops of door frames, shower tracks. In Golden as everywhere else, those are part of the plan from the first visit, not saved for a deep clean you keep postponing.
