So every Nest clean starts with a written scope for your home: which rooms, which surfaces, what happens every visit and what happens less often. You agree to it before the first clean, and every visit ends with a walkthrough together, room by room.

- Mountain Ridge. Custom homes on the west side, quoted from the floor plan rather than a room count.
- Ralston Buttes. Larger lots along winding private roads west of downtown. Regular cleaning or a whole-house reset.

Before the first clean we agree a written scope, so you know exactly what is covered. If anything in that scope is not done to standard, tell us within 24 hours of the clean and we come back to re-clean it at no charge. It is a re-clean, not a refund.
