We clean homes across Denver and the Colorado Front Range from a written scope, so you know precisely what is covered before we start. This is a quote based on what you tell us. If the job will run longer we'll tell you before starting and adjust then; otherwise the quoted price stands.

Most homeowners are home when we arrive, or leave us a smart lock code so we can let ourselves in. Access details are always confirmed ahead of time, so it is rare, but if we can't get in, we'll call and text you and wait up to 30 minutes, and after that a no-access fee of 50% of the booking price applies.
First cleanings default to a deep clean rather than a standard one, so we start from an accurate picture of the home rather than guessing. If you would rather begin with a standard clean and the home turns out to need more than that covers, we will talk it through and agree on a fair price before doing any work.
A quick, on-the-spot ask, like reaching under a bed, is handled at no extra charge while we are already there. A priced add-on such as inside the oven or inside the refrigerator is quoted on the spot and added to your final bill. Something bigger, like a full garage clean-out rather than a sweep-out, works more like its own deep clean: we agree on a price before starting, or schedule it for another visit.

The rhythm most households settle into. Enough time between visits to live normally, not enough for anything to get away from you.

A regular reset for homes that stay tidy day to day but still want the deep, detailed pass done properly once a month.
Recurring rates apply to visits on a set schedule and do not combine with the first-clean offer. Pause whenever you need to, with 48 hours notice. After your first 3 months, you can change or stop anytime too. The same 48 hours applies to cancelling or rescheduling any visit; a late cancellation or reschedule carries a fee of 50% of the booking price, with a short grace period right after booking. Ongoing clients get a one-time waiver before the fee applies.
