Every quote is written against this list for the rooms you actually have. If something you care about is not on it, ask, and it goes on the scope in writing before we start.
The specialist services
These three are scoped per project rather than per room, so they get their own lists.
Airbnb & rental turnovers
- Beds remade with the fresh set you leave on site
- Kitchen and bathrooms reset for the next arrival
- Floors, trash, and a final walk against your listing photos
- A note to you about damage or supplies running low
Office & commercial
- Desks, shared tables, and touch points wiped down
- Break area and restrooms sanitized
- Floors vacuumed and mopped, bins emptied throughout
- Before opening or after close, on your schedule

Checklist
Get a quote against this list
Tell us the rooms and which service you have in mind. You get back a written scope drawn from the checklist above, so what you are paying for is on paper before anyone starts.
Where we work
Denver is our largest service area, but we are not limited to it. We work throughout the Front Range and travel further into Colorado depending on the project.
Not on the list? Reach out anyway. For the right project we travel across Colorado.
