After a build, before you move in
A finished build is never actually clean. Construction dust settles inside cabinets, along trim, in vents and window tracks, and it keeps resurfacing until it is cleared properly. The same is true after an addition or a whole-floor remodel.

Who is in your home
Nest is owner-operated. You deal directly with Juan Chavez, from the first quote to the final walkthrough. The same trained hands come back each visit, never a rotating crew, and we carry insurance on every job.
Before the first clean we agree a written scope, so you know exactly what is covered. If anything in that scope is not done to standard, tell us within 24 hours of the clean and we come back to re-clean it at no charge. It is a re-clean, not a refund.
