Every renovation, remediation, or construction project ends the same way: the equipment rolls out the door, and a fine layer of dust settles on everything you own. Counters, sills, vents, floors, the inside of every cabinet. Your home is not move-in ready; it is a job site with the tools gone.
That is the exact job we specialize in. We come in after your contractor or remediation crew wraps up and do the careful, room-by-room detail cleaning that turns the space back into your home.

Tell us about the project
Send the quote form or call. We ask about the rooms, the type of work that was done, and what the crew left behind, then come back with a clear written quote.
We plan the scope in writing
You know exactly which rooms and surfaces are covered before anyone starts. No vague hourly promises, and nothing added at the end that you did not agree to.
We clean room by room
Top to bottom, in order: surfaces, sills, vents, fixtures, cabinet interiors, then floors last, so settled dust never lands on finished work.
You walk it with us
Before we leave, you inspect every finished room. The job ends when it looks move-in ready to you, not when the clock runs out.
What we do, and what we do not
We believe in being upfront. Nest Cleaning Co. is a cleaning company, and we stay in our lane.
We do not
- Mold testing or air sampling
- Mold removal or remediation
- Construction, repairs, or demolition
Those jobs belong to licensed specialists. We are the cleaning company you call when their work is done. If we come across something like mold outside the area we were originally scoped to clean, we point it out to you rather than treat it, and it is on you or your remediation contractor to come back and reassess and address it.
On the day
What to expect on the day
For multi-day post-construction and post-remediation jobs, we supply a lockbox and ask you to leave a spare key inside it, so access does not depend on someone being home each day. That is set up in advance, so it is rare, but if we can't get in, we'll call and text you and wait up to 30 minutes, and after that a no-access fee of 50% of the booking price applies. Your written quote may set different terms; where it does, the quote applies.
A quick, on-the-spot ask is handled at no extra charge while we are already there. Anything that expands the job significantly, like an additional room or area beyond what we scoped, is priced and agreed with you before we start, or scheduled as its own visit.
We ask for 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule a visit. A late cancellation or reschedule carries a fee of 50% of the booking price, with a short grace period right after booking; ongoing clients get a one-time waiver before the fee applies.
