You will be putting your plates in those cupboards and your towels in that bathroom. Cleaning it yourself on moving day, around a truck full of boxes, is nobody’s idea of a good first night.

We arrange access ahead of time for every job, whether that means someone meeting us there, a smart lock code, or a key left in a lockbox. That is confirmed in advance, so it is rare, but if we can't get in, we'll call and text you and wait up to 30 minutes, and after that a no-access fee of 50% of the booking price applies.
Working water and electricity need to be on at the property for us to clean it properly, since things like vacuuming and mopping depend on it. This is a hard requirement, not a nice-to-have, so please make sure both are on before we arrive.
A quick, on-the-spot ask is handled at no extra charge while we are already there. A priced add-on such as inside the oven or inside the refrigerator is quoted on the spot and added to your final bill. Something bigger, like a garage or basement sweep-out that turns into more than expected, works more like its own job: we agree on a price before starting, or schedule it for another visit.

The three things we hear most, and how the service answers them.
We schedule around your closing, your lease end, or the movers. An empty window is a short window, and we plan for it.
A written scope means you can see, and show, exactly what was cleaned when the inspection happens.
Behind the fridge, inside the cupboards, under the sink. We clean them because that is where the last occupant did not.
Tell us the address, the date, and whether the place will be empty. We will send a clear quote for the whole job.
Moving dates move. Cancelling or rescheduling needs 48 hours notice; a late cancellation or reschedule carries a fee of 50% of the booking price, with a short grace period right after booking. Ongoing clients get a one-time waiver before the fee applies.
