What to expect on the day
We arrange access ahead of time for every job, whether that means someone meeting us there, a smart lock code, or a key left in a lockbox. That is confirmed in advance, so it is rare, but if we cannot reach anyone and cannot get in, we will try to make contact and may need to cancel that day's visit.
Working water and electricity need to be on at the property for us to clean it properly, since things like vacuuming and mopping depend on it. This is a hard requirement, not a nice-to-have, so please make sure both are on before we arrive.
A quick, on-the-spot ask is handled at no extra charge while we are already there. A priced add-on such as inside the oven or inside the refrigerator is quoted on the spot and added to your final bill. Something bigger, like a garage or basement sweep-out that turns into more than expected, works more like its own job: we agree on a price before starting, or schedule it for another visit.
