House cleaning in Arvada
From the newer homes of Candelas and Spring Mesa to West Woods: detailed cleaning by hand, quoted on what you tell us.
Newer homes, thoroughly cleaned
Candelas is a master-planned community of newer construction, and most of Spring Mesa's homes went up between 2007 and 2010. Newer homes show dust in their own way: on window tracks, along trim, around vents, and on every high ledge the eye skips.
Nest works from a written scope agreed before the first visit, so those places are part of the plan from the start. The same trained hands come back each visit.

How an Arvada visit runs
The same trained hands each visit. Nest is owner-operated by Juan Chavez with a small, trusted team.
Detail work by hand: baseboards, switch plates, fixtures, the tops of door frames.
No surprises on price. This is a quote based on what you tell us. If the job will run longer we'll tell you before starting and adjust then; otherwise the quoted price stands.
Before the first clean we agree a written scope, so you know exactly what is covered. If anything in that scope is not done to standard, tell us within 24 hours of the clean and we come back to re-clean it at no charge. It is a re-clean, not a refund.
