Who does the work
Nest is owner-operated by Juan Chavez. You talk to the person responsible for the work from the first quote to the final walkthrough, and the same trained hands come back each visit. We carry insurance on every job.
Before the first clean we agree a written scope, so you know exactly what is covered. If anything in that scope is not done to standard, tell us within 24 hours of the clean and we come back to re-clean it at no charge. It is a re-clean, not a refund.
