House cleaning in Boulder
Recurring cleaning, deep cleans, and post-remodel cleanup in Newlands, Mapleton Hill, and Chautauqua, planned with you and checked with you.
A standard that holds, visit after visit
A Boulder home is usually asking for one of two things: someone to keep it steady week to week, or one thorough reset after something big. Nest does both, and neither is rushed. The work is planned before anyone arrives, done by hand, and walked through with you before we call it finished.
On a recurring plan the same trained hands come back each time, so nobody is learning your house on the job. For a one-off, the whole job is scoped as its own piece of work.
After the builders leave
Boulder has a lot of older housing stock and a lot of renovation, and a renovation always ends in dust: on trim, inside cabinets, in vents and window tracks.
Post-construction cleanup is the work Nest was built around, and it is available anywhere in Boulder, not just in one neighborhood. We scope the job room by room and clear what the crew left behind, so the house is ready to live in again. See post-construction cleaning.
Boulder neighborhoods we serve
- Newlands. Homes here run from 1920s to 1950s stock through to modern new construction, so the scope is written to the house. Recurring or one-time.
- Mapleton Hill. Recurring care, deep cleans, and listing-ready cleaning for historic homes near downtown.
- Chautauqua. Weekly, every two weeks, or monthly, or a one-time deep clean.
Nest also serves neighboring Louisville, Lafayette, Superior, Erie, and the wider Front Range.

How a Boulder clean runs
Owner-operated. You deal with Juan Chavez from the first quote to the final walkthrough.
A walkthrough together before we leave, and anything not right gets fixed on the spot.
Before the first clean we agree a written scope, so you know exactly what is covered. If anything in that scope is not done to standard, tell us within 24 hours of the clean and we come back to re-clean it at no charge. It is a re-clean, not a refund.
Common questions
Do you offer weekly or every-two-weeks cleaning in Boulder?
Yes. Weekly, every two weeks, and monthly plans are all available, and you can pause or change the schedule with 48 hours notice.
Should the first visit be a deep clean?
Usually. First cleanings default to a deep clean so we start from an accurate picture of the home.
Are you insured?
Yes, on every job.
